PayPal Pte Ltd now is being organized as Stored Value Facility (SVF) under Singapore law, related to Supervision of Payment System Law issued by Singapore Finance Authority. This means PayPal is really secure.
A. Sign Up Account
Now, we start to sign up PayPal Account:
1. Visit https://www.paypal.com. Then click Sign Up Today!
2. Choose Country (1) and PayPal Account Type:
* Personal : For Send and Receive Money.
* Premier : For Shopping Online (Buy and Sell).
* Business : For Trading.
Select Personal account, then click Get Started (2).
3. Complete form, and then click Agree and Create Account.
4. FINISH
Now registration of PayPal account has been made. Open your Email for the confirmation of registration delivered by PayPal (Link with long text and blue chromatic).
When register for the first time, your account status is Unverified yet. At this status your PayPal account usage will be limited. You just can receive money for maximum $100, but don't worry you still able to use PayPal for the activity of internet business.
B. PayPal Verification without Credit Card
After you make Paypal account, there is one more step which must be done so your PayPal account can be used to receive money and do unlimited payment.
Besides, the most important thing is by doing Verification hence we can withdraw the money to our bank account directly.
There are many ways to verify PayPal account: with Credit Card, Debit Card, Prepaid Credit Card, etc.
For Credit Card we can use Visa or Mastercard. If we verify with Credit Card, we can fund our PayPal account transferred from Credit Card. While Debit Card/ATM not all of countries accept it for PayPal verification.
Then How If I Have No Credit Card?
People which not have Credit Card don't have to be discouraged, PayPal verification still able to be done by using “Virtual Credit Card” (VCC).

C. Transfer to Your Local Bank Account
If you have your PayPal Account verified, so you can transfer to your local bank account.
• First login to your PayPal account. Simply login to your member area, click Edit Profile, then click Bank Account, click Add to fill in your data bank. PayPal required us to fill in bank code in the form of 7 digit number: bank code + branch code. Each local bank in each countries has its own bank and branch code. So, I suggest you contact your local bank or googling for more information.
After you add bank in your profile, you can withdraw fund or transfer. Simply click Withdraw Fund, enter amount of money you want, bank name and follow the process till finish.
• Transfer to Bank and Debit card max. $500 and min. $10 per day.
• Transfer usually process between 4 - 5 workdays.

Paypal Sending Money
- Login to your PayPal account, click Send Money
- Fill in PayPal email which will receive your money, amount of transfer, as example: 1 or 1,5
- Follow the instructions till process “Confirm”
About PayPal Limit
- If your PayPal account “Limited”, login and click Solve. Usually there are few things required to be completed, for example you need to verification, you need to upload scan of ID, Utility bill, such as Credit Card Bill, Telephone Bill, etc.
PayPal Security Tips
- Do not ever login your PayPal account by clicking link from email, except for your first time register (activation link).
- Lots of email from hackers act on behalf of PayPal, like: your account suspended, update your account, etc, that order you to click link in the email to login. Remember "Do not Click“ because this is trap from hackers to steal our data and PayPal password.
